Rippingale Church of England Primary School building is situated on the
High Street in Rippingale, Lincolnshire. The school also served Kirkby
Underwood, Dunsby and other local villages.
The school was established some 150 yrs ago, being built in 1856 and extended in its centenary year and again in 1987. The main part of the school had two classrooms with two mobiles and a large playing field. It had close links with the local community and with Saint Andrew's Church in the village.
Rippingale was a small, friendly school with a family atmosphere. Everyone involved with the running of the school worked hard to ensure that a child's time at the school would be a happy and memorable one. The school had small classes, dedicated staff, a strong board of governors and good parental support. The school had received two 'School Achievement Awards' from the DfES and was committed to enabling all children to reach their full potential.
